1. About BetRanked
BetRanked is a social analytics platform for tracking, verifying and comparing betting performance. We do not accept bets, act as a bookmaker, or process gambling transactions. All betting activity takes place with licensed third-party operators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use BetRanked. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend accounts that appear to be used by underage individuals.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting bets, comments or profile information you grant BetRanked a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You may not post fraudulent, misleading, harassing or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this rule.
4. AI Verification
Our AI verifier provides an automated assessment of bet records for consistency and plausibility. It is not financial or betting advice and does not guarantee accuracy. Verified status reflects an automated check, not an endorsement of the bet or the user.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer law.
6. Limitation of Liability
BetRanked is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions, third-party odds, or errors in analytics. Always gamble responsibly and within your means.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through amicable negotiation.
