1. Data Controller
BetRanked AB (org. nr. 559xxx-xxxx) is the data controller for the personal data processed through the BetRanked platform. Contact: hello@betrank.app.
2. What We Collect
We collect account information (email, username, profile picture), betting records you choose to share, interaction data (likes, comments, follows), and technical data such as IP address and device information. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
3. Legal Basis
We process your data based on performance of contract (providing the service), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, analytics, security), and consent where required (marketing cookies and optional features).
4. How We Use Data
Your data is used to operate the platform, display leaderboards and feeds, run AI verification, send service notifications, and improve product features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International Transfers
We use Supabase (EU/US) and Stripe (US) as processors. Transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@betrank.app.
7. Cookies
BetRanked uses essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies. You can manage preferences in your browser settings.
8. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.
